Wanjie Technology will showcase its latest 350 PS plate combined intermittent rotary printing machine, the newest 350 intermittent flexographic printing machine, an intermittent combined rotary die-cutting machine, and an ultra-high-speed platen die-cutting machine at Labelexpo Asia 2025. 

1. WJPS350 PS Plate Intermittent Rotary Printing Machine

The central control system of this machine utilizes an industrial computer, enabling remote diagnostics and remote operation and maintenance. It can be integrated into the customer's MES production management system. With powerful computing capabilities, it ensures stable and accurate registration. Employing a universal plate cylinder, it achieves label printing in any size, offering fast, convenient, and simple operation. Using the PS plate printing method with CTP plate making, it provides rapid and low-cost plate production, high dot reproduction rate, and vibrant, realistic colors. It is highly suitable for printing both small and large batches of high-end labels, making it an ideal choice for printing premium self-adhesive labels for various printing companies.

2.WJLZ350 Intermittent Flexographic Printing Machine

• This equipment represents our company's bold innovation by redesigning the original unit-type flexographic printing machine. It retains the advantages of flexographic printing, such as being unaffected by ink-water balance, and delivers thick, stable ink layers with simple and convenient operation.
• Utilising a single sleeve-type universal plate cylinder, this machine enables printing in any size, significantly reducing long-term operating costs and offering convenient and fast operation.

3. WJJM350 Multi-functional Combined Die-Cutting Machine

WANJIE WJJM350 Multifunctional Intermittent Rotary Die-Cutting Machine is a post-press label processing machinery independently developed by Wanjie. Featuring a modular design, it integrates both flatbed and rotary die-cutting methods, enabling seamless switching between two operational modes: full rotary die-cutting (equipped with a fully automatic conveying and collecting table) for in-mold labels and coated paper labels, and intermittent die-cutting for self-adhesive labels. This equipment is suitable for intermittent or full rotary die-cutting of self-adhesive labels, as well as full cutting of in-mold labels or coated paper labels. Additionally, modular options such as flexographic spot coating, full-area coating, UV lamination, spot cold foiling, coding, slitting, and longitudinal cutting with reverse lamination can be customized according to client requirements.
