This is a high-performance printing equipment with a maximum unwind/rewind diameter of 700mm, suitable for a repeat length range of 180–600mm. It features a maximum web width of 340mm and a print width of 330mm. Equipped with 26mm reinforced side frames, the machine ensures stable operation.

It handles paper weights from 50 to 200 gsm, with a web tension control range of 5–50kg and an accuracy of ±1kg. Utilizing 1/8" CP gears with a pitch of 3.175mm, it accommodates 1.7mm printing plates and 0.38mm mounting tape. Registration accuracy is maintained within ±0.12mm, guaranteeing high print quality. The main motor power is 7.5kW, with a total machine power consumption of 32kW. Designed for a speed range of 0–150 meters/minute, it requires a 380V/3-phase/50Hz power supply and 0.6MPa operating air pressure. It is ideally suited for short to medium run flexographic printing tasks such as labels and packaging.
