Visa Exemption
The Chinese government has extended their visa exemption list, making it easier for our overseas visitors to attend the show.
The updated list:
- Europe (35 countries): Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, and Montenegro. (including newly added Sweden, effective from November 10, 2025)
- Asia: South Korea, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain
- South America: Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Uruguay
- Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
Applicable Conditions:
• Holder of an ordinary passport
• Purpose of visit: business, tourism, family visits, exchange visits, or transit
• Duration of stay: no more than 30 days
• Policy validity period: extended until December 31, 2026
Visa Exemption Agreements
Countries and regions with mutual visa exemption for ordinary passports (partial list):
United Arab Emirates, Barbados, The Bahamas, Belarus, Ecuador, Fiji, Grenada, Mauritius, Serbia, Seychelles, Tonga, Bosnia and Herzegovina, San Marino, Qatar, Armenia, etc.
Applicable Conditions:
Holder of an ordinary passport.
Generally applicable for short-term stays for purposes such as tourism and family visits (specific duration of stay subject to bilateral agreements).
24/144-Hour Visa-Free Transit
Applicable to individuals transiting through specific ports.
• Valid at 60 ports in 24 provinces, regions, and municipalities, including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, and Xi'an.
• Applicable for a transit stay not exceeding 144 hours (6 days).
