Prepress is the beginning of the whole printing process and also plays a key role in printing quality control. If the prepress staff do not have enough knowledge about the printing, the document will be technically difficult to or even impossible to print when it is delivered for printing, resulting in plenty of unnecessary waste. Therefore, prepress staff need to fully understand different printing processes, skillfully use different image treatment software, so as to accurately and effectively carry out prepress processing and reduce cost.
