This is an opportunity for our customers and visitors to see live demonstrations of full pouch production on our Xeikon 3030 digital press using Xeikon’s dry toner technology with full food safety compliance. The fleXflow based pouch production line using dry toner technology delivers assurances on food safety, consistency and give an equal finish to offset and to flexo when colour matching is required. The Xeikon fleXflow process includes features like “zero” after curing, 100% solvent free (print & laminate), low complexity for diverse constructions and high bond strength. During our demos in the Flexible Packaging Arena, visitors can see the Xeikon 3030 in a roll to roll configuration printing on flexible packaging material to create stand-up pouches.

Nowadays, special material, medium-small run, high dot reduction rated color labels have become more popular in the label market. In contrast, classic Gravure and Flexo press are more ideal for long run job. After 6 years of extensive testing, WANJIE is bringing its semi-rotary offset press, web width 660mm, WJPS660 to Labelexpo Asia 2019. A multinational plate cylinder with semi-rotary material feeding, allows for a much wider material range, including IML, shrinkable film, nonwoven cloth, 400g paper, and 0.4mm PET card. Different printing and converting technology can all be combined in-line.
