At this year's Labelexpo Asia, Yutian  Machinery will showcase two core pieces of equipment representing its advanced technology. 

•  HGP- Varnish & Foil digital printing machine

Adopting the operation of "a single system controlling printheads of different brands simultaneously". With simple operation, the advantages of each printhead can be exerted to improve and ensure the printing effect. At the same time, a dual-servo tension control system is adopted to ensure smooth paper feeding. The independently developed stable circulating ink supply system, with modular independent positive and negative pressure control, segmental filtration and world-class ink degassing technology, ensures the stability and reliability of ink supply. In addition, the UV digital inkjet printing technology features non-contact spraying, no pre-coating required, and is suitable for any material. It can accurately control the position and size of ink droplets, enabling fast, accurate and stable hot stamping processing, thus improving production efficiency and product quality

• HGP-1200dpi digital printing machine

  

  The printing equipment boasts an ultra-high resolution of up to 1200dpi, which brings three core advantages. Firstly, it delivers extreme detail reproduction: it can accurately present tiny patterns, fine textures and micro-texts that low-resolution equipment cannot capture, such as the delicate lines of product logos, the subtle gradations of decorative patterns on packaging, and even micro-lettering used for anti-counterfeiting, making the printed matter more delicate and lifelike. Secondly, it ensures sharp text and vivid colors: 1200dpi resolution makes text edges crisp without blurring, and color transitions smooth and natural, avoiding color blockiness.
