Spande showcases advanced flexo printing technology at booth L5+M6

From  2 - 5th December 2025, Spandex will showcase its most powerful product lineup at Labelexpo Asia 2025, held in Halls E1-E4 of the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. At booth L5+M6 in Hall E3 , Spandex will present its complete smart manufacturing solutions, covering everything from high-end customization to cost-effectiveness, to the global industry.
 

S7 Series Flexo Combination Press

The S7 is Spande's classic intelligent combination press, now upgraded to its 5th generation. Each printing unit is equipped with 8 servo control systems, featuring fully automatic pressure setting and an intelligent vision registration system. It has become the preferred model for many high-end label and flexible packaging customers. At the exhibition, Spande will showcase a 450mm-wide production line configured with 12 flexo units, automatic die-cutting, cold foiling, screen printing, hot foiling, and other processes. Visitors will witness how it achieves rapid switching between different materials and production sizes with "one-touch startup."

S5 Series Flexo Combination Press

The S5 is a cost-effective flexo press developed for the broad mid-range market, featuring a unique three-roller independent drive and gearless plate cylinder design. This exhibition will debut a 12-color 450mm wide-format flexo press equipped with reverse-side printing, cold foiling, and high-speed flatbed online embossing/debossing with holographic registration hot foiling, demonstrating its high-speed, high-quality production performance.
