Federico d’Annunzio - Managing Director Federico started to work in the narrow web industry in 1990 as a distributor for the Italian territory of established international press manufacturers.He introduced UV flexo in Europe at its early stages, starting by delivering UV flexo presses in niche markets like aluminium for pharmaceutical, tooth paste tubes, and yoghourt lids. In 1999 he founded, with his partner and wife Cristina Toffolo, GIDUE S.p.A. He was active member of Finat, FFTA, AFTA, Radtech US and other organisations. Federico is often invited to speak to technical congresses due to its specific competence in the UV flexo printing process. Nuova GIDUE manufactures narrow and mid web flexographic printing machines for the packaging market. The company has established a reputation of solid and well proven manufacturer of innovative equipments. Labels, flexible packaging and cartons are the reference markets, with a good distribution all over Europe, and overseas. The famous ‘Flower™’ concept of its flexographic print unit has set the standards for the narrow web industry, and has inspired many press manufacturers. The early use of Servo Drive Technologies, make GIDUE a well experienced partner for any application in the narrow and mid web packaging industry.
