Dr Zhangshui Gong - Chief Engineer Dr Zhangshui Gong is Chief Engineer at Hangzhou Toka Ink Chemical Co. He graduated from Zhejiang University with a masters in Polymer Chemistry and Physics. After graduating, he joined Toka and successively held the positions of Technical Researcher and Technical Supervisor. His professional technical speciality lies in the research of the synthesis of resin used for printing inks and the basic issue of ink formula design. Dr Gong is Vice-Chairpersonship of Ink Branch, China Daily Chemical Industry Society and is a committee member of China Ink Standardization Technical Committee.
